These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lusso 1986 website and your purchase of any product or service from us. By placing an order, booking an appointment, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Orders & Payment

Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required at the time of order, particularly for bespoke and made-to-measure garments. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and measurement information.

3. Bespoke & Made-to-Measure Orders

Bespoke suiting, custom-configured garments, and any item built to your personal measurements, fabric, color, or monogram selections are cut and constructed specifically for you. Production times for bespoke orders vary based on complexity and are communicated at the time of order. Because these garments are made to your specifications, please review your measurements and selections carefully before submitting — see our Returns & Exchanges section below for how this affects bespoke orders.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted only on ready-to-wear orders with a subtotal over $500 USD. Orders of $500 or less are final sale.

For eligible orders over $500, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.

Bespoke, made-to-measure, and custom-configured garments (including custom suiting, custom outerwear, and any piece built to your measurements, fabric, color, or monogram selections) are cut and produced specifically for you and are therefore final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of order value, except where the garment arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are provided at checkout and vary by product and destination. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Appointments

Fitting appointments booked through our website are requests and are confirmed by our team by phone or email. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Lusso 1986 and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lusso 1986 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
